The winners of the "Top Ten Outstanding Youths" in Hong Kong in 2013 have been announced. One of the winners, wig designer Wen Xiaoping, came to "Haiqi's Sky" tonight and was interviewed.
Wen Xiaoping can be elected as one of the "Top Ten Outstanding Youths". In college, he has launched his own wig brand; he is responsible for the wig shape for the concerts of many superstars; and the late superstar Mei Yanfang provides wig design during treatment.
A wig is not just a business for Wen Xiaoping. After experiencing the death of her mother due to cancer and designing a wig for Anita Mui, Xiao Ping understands the importance of hair for cancer patients. Since various kinds of chemotherapy have made the patient physically and mentally exhausted, a good wig can not only reduce the burden on their body, but more importantly, help their heart's treatment and restore self-confidence. Therefore, she is committed to designing wigs for cancer patients, and constantly improving them so that patients can have a light and breathable wig, which changes the impression that the average person has a thick and heavy wig tradition.
In the cooperation with Anita Mui, Wen Xiaoping understands that in addition to artists, there is a group of people who need more wigs, and the materials should be specially studied. Therefore, Xiao Ping spent two or three years studying the wigs suitable for them for cancer patients. They carefully considered every detail and hoped to take care of all their needs.
In addition to the plan for the wig business, I hope that the hospital and the government can hear her proposal: for patients with serious illness, the hospital's time for visiting can be extended.
The unforgettable work experience was done in an exhibition with a garden of different colors and a very wide wig that broke the Guinness Book of World Records.
